Discover the majestic Oslo fjord and its various islands like a local, hopping on and off ferries to hike the forests, sea cliffs, charming villages and historic sites of three islands. With a Viking Hiking guide, explore the fascinating ruins of a nearly 1000 year old abbey, picnic on a hidden beach and walk the flower-covered paths of a summer village full of brightly painted, traditional wooden cabins. Don't forget a swim suit and towel as there is time for a swim in the surprisingly warm waters of the Oslo fjord! We also stop for a picnic lunch, which you can bring with you or purchase on the way.
