Bike Tour: Vikings & Beaches

See the world’s best-preserved Viking ships and the city’s best beaches during this approximately 3.5 hour bike tour. A visit to the Viking Ship Museum as well as a stop at the Huk beach are included (bring your towel and swim suit if you want). Along the way, we will discover some of Oslo's best nature as we bike through the Royal farm, lush forest trails and the stunning coast of the Bygdøy peninsula.
 

PRICE

Children under 12 years of age: not recommended due to longer distances and some hills on dirt paths.

Price includes entrance to the Viking Ship Museum and is as follows:
4500 Norwegian Kroner (Groups of 1-8 guests)
450 Norwegian Kroner (Each additional person)
 

FITNESS LEVEL

This tour is for bikers who are intermediate riders or better: a few hills, a quicker pace, some riding on dirt paths in the forest and along the coast, for a total of about 18km (11 miles). 
 

AVAILABILITY

Closed until April 2021.
This tour is run on a private basis. Recommended starting time is 10:00 but additional start times of 13:00 (1pm) and 15:00 (3pm) are possible. Advanced booking is required.
 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please arrive at the starting point at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour. All tours include optional helmet. On wet days, rain ponchos are available for 30 kroner per person. There are no toilets at the start of the tour but there are multiple stops during the tour when toilets are available.
